Manager
Randy Taylor is a Bartender and Manager of Marie’s Crisis Café. He has been slinging the drinks and showtunes for over 10 years. Randy, a graduate of USC, is a New York based stage and screen actor who most recently can be a seen in season two of the web series "Merce." A veteran of musical theatre performance he has performed extensively around the country and even on the high seas. He always wanted to be a pirate!
Joseph O'Neill
Bartender
Joseph O'Neill, a native New Yorker, has been working at Marie's since 2001, making him longest working employee there. In his spare time he peruses his career as an art photographer
Doug Thompson
Bartender
Doug Thompson is an actor, singer, writer, producer - and Marie’s Crisis bartender. Most recently, he adapted/produced an all-star concert of Disney’s The Happiest Millionaire at Joe’s Pub to benefit BCEFA. Currently, he is adapting the 1976 YA novel A Watcher in the Woods into a stage musical.

BRANDON JAMES GWINN is a composer-lyricist and entertainer. His debut album Not Too Late debuted in 2018. He has written for many award-winning musical theatre and web content projects and also produced and performed on Trixie Mattel’s Two Birds and One Stone (#1 on Billboard charts). James fell in love with Marie’s Crisis when he first moved to NYC in 1981. As a pianist, he brings a lot of unrelated experiences to share – writer/composer (Wonderland High), teacher/music director (many organizations around the country), musical theatre licensing (Music Theatre International & Samuel French), actor/performer and private vocal coach. He is thrilled his journeys have brought him into the Marie’s family once more.

Franca Vercelloni’s work as a Marie’s Crisis pianist/entertainer has been featured in The New York Times, New York Post, Wall Street Journal, Village Voice, and American Theatre Wing’s “Working in the Theatre” series. Kenney is a native of Fresno California who has called New York City his home for over 20 years. Kenney joined the Marie's staff in October 2008. As an actor and a musician, he has performed in numerous national and international tours, regional theatres, festivals, and concerts. Adam Tilford is a composer/pianist/musical director and vocal coach in New York City. He has performed/directed at various regional theaters across the country and accompanied at every major cabaret club in Manhattan. He’s has led piano bar showtunes singalongs at Maries Crisis in NYC as well in Melbourne and Sydney Australia, at Overtures Piano Bar in London and in Central Park as part of Darren Criss’ Elsie Fest. He is also an educator directing/accompanying/organizing at multiple schools and independent theatre groups throughout New York State.

Michael James Roy has been performing at Marie’s Crisis in NYC for the past 13 years. He also arranges and orchestrates for cabaret artists in NY, LA and Caribbean Cruise Lines. Besides music, Michael has also volunteered for a non-profit development/leadership organization, The New Hampshire Teen Institute, since 1997.

Jennifer Pace is an actress and singer who has performed in numerous venues. She can be found in cabaret/piano bar scene weekly and most recently appeared as Pattie in Smokey Joe's Cafe as well as performing in Mexico at the Hard Rock Resort. A graduate of NYU's Experimental Theatre Wing, Ms. Pace comes from a family of professional musicians clarinet great, Sal Pace and

Whitney wandered into this beloved basement her first week in the city back in 2008, when she moved here from Texas. A singer, actress, and certified sommelier, she attended the University of North Texas with a focus on musical theatre. A few favorite roles include Lucy in ‘You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown’, Chava in ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, and Nellie in ‘South Pacific’. Whitney is thrilled to be joining her Marie’s family in her official capacity as singing server and high-note pinch hitter.
